Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Method
- Dry roast cashews on low flame. Take them off of flame before they change color.
- Grind them in a blender to a fine powder.
- Boil sugar and water to make a syrup.
- Add the cashew powder when bubbles appear on the syrup.
- Remove the pan from stove and mix in cardamom powder. well.
- Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
- When cool cut into desired shape.
