    Ingredients
    • Freshly Made Chenna 400 gms.
    • Sugar (powdered) 1/2 cup
    • Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp.
    Your favorite recipe follows:

    Method
    • Knead chenna well till smooth . Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and knead again.
    • Cook the mixture in a heavy-bottom pan on low heat five to six minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat, mix gently till it is cool enough to handle. divide in to small balls.
    • Garnish with chopped nuts.
